:- 4.0 out of 5 stars from seen enough -- ENTERTAINING : The story started out fast paced and peaked my curiosity. Then the author seemed to get hung up on constantly describing Tiffany's physical shortcomings. Then hooray chapter 33 to the end was outstanding, and saved the book. The book was well written, and the tying of the characters personalities together was actually very interesting. Also the descriptions of Tiffany's feelings were entertaining, and revealed some hidden strength of character which were revealed later on. I am looking forward to reading the next book "Wingless" and would recommend this author to others. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2018 )
- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Shirley B -- Tiffany deals with Change : Interesting take on angels, demons and ghosts. It feels like a teen story not a preteen one. However, Tiffany learns to believe in herself and this is definitely something that kids, teens and adults need to do. This story leads one to this growth and doesn't preach to do it. I love Tiffany and can relate to her; that being said, I believe youth can too. I recommend this book to those who enjoy books for youths that deal with death and loss. Tiffany presented on the outside as weak, small, and insecure. When it came to what had to be done, she was determined, faithful, strong and humble, but not weak. This book has the right amount of dark, light, sadness, and happiness to captivate and transport you to a new world. It was well written and I recommend this book to 9 yrs and up... maybe down also. You could feel the loneliness from Tiffany but she made you laugh just trying to fly. Corrine and the other girls in the bay gave the impression of being bullies.
